In September 2024, STONIMAGE received an inquiry from a U.S.-based restaurant group that operates multiple dining establishments across the Midwest. The customer was upgrading several back-of-house service areas and needed a compact and reliable food elevator (dumbwaiter) to improve the efficiency of food delivery between floors. The existing manual workflow caused delays during peak hours, and the customer was looking for a solution that would modernize operations while reducing labor intensity.

A compact structure specifically optimized for the customer’s limited shaft size
Before shipment, each unit underwent repeated stress testing and factory simulation runs to ensure reliability under continuous operation.
